• Mechanical design and execution of industrial projects.
• Industrial cleaning services.
• Scaffolding rental, assembly, and disassembly.
• Sandblasting, painting, and thermal insulation of industrial installations.
• Provision of manpower and equipment.
• Technical solutions and project implementation assistance.

4. User Obligations

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requested.
• Use the services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Refrain from any activity that could harm the Company's reputation or operations.

5. Company Obligations

The Company commits to:

• Providing services with professionalism and due care.
• Ensuring the satisfaction of clients by maintaining high standards of service.
• Protecting user data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

6. Payment Terms

Users agree to pay for the services rendered in accordance with the terms agreed upon in the service contract. Invoices must be settled within the time frame specified in the contract.

7. Liability

The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. The Company’s total liability for any claim related to the services will not exceed the amount paid by the user for those services.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information received from the other party. This obligation remains in effect even after the termination of the service agreement.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any of its obligations. Upon termination, users must settle any outstanding payments for services rendered up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Algeria. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Algeria.
